We act as an expert witness for a wide variety of insurance claims and contentious disputes.

Senior Design Engineer on proposed €180 million Arklow Town Centre mixed use development.
Senior Project Engineer for €60 million mixed use commercial development in Hamlet Lane, Balbriggan.
Responsible for a wide range of innovative projects including: the proposed 6 star redevelopment of the Gresham Hotel, the construction of a 5 storey building cantilevered over a large 150 year old local authority drain, the insertion of multi-storey underground car parks adjacent to large ground level buildings and major water courses. Strengthened numerous existing structures for change of usage and/or developmental purposes.
Carried out complicated temporary works design and supervision within very confined, live city centre Georgian buildings, while making significant allowances for the architectural heritage of the properties and their inhabitants.
